An exciting new project ‘Can You See Me?’ (See Me award to Birchwood Highland) exploring experiences of mental ill-health and recovery. The project culminates in a puppetry film in October 2010, conveying an understanding of what helps people feel mentally well.
A wonderful puppetry programme for people with dementia, with a mix of puppet-making, participant creativity, and mini-puppet-sketches. Puppets have universal appeal and have a natural humour that all ages enjoy. Zenwing Puppets have professional care experience with people with learning disability and people with mental health needs. We work with staff/relatives as well as individual participants and small groups.
