Policies: we have a child protection and vulnerable adult protection policy; health & safety policy and codes of practice. The general consensus is that performers do not require fully enhanced disclosure checks to perform a show. However, as we run workshops, we do have regular enhanced disclosure checks. Workshops are usually attended by adults responsible for the care of children or vulnerable adults.
